I am passionate about helping young women gain true confidence and self-esteem, overcome emotional eating patterns, and live a balanced and nourished life that allows them to achieve their highest potential.
As a health coach, I understand that emotional eating can be a difficult and overwhelming struggle. It’s easy to turn to food as a way to cope with stress, anxiety, or other difficult emotions, but this often leads to negative consequences, such as weight gain, poor body image, and difficulty managing emotions.
That’s where I come in. I am here to support you on your journey towards a healthier, more balanced life. Whether you’re struggling with emotional eating or just looking to improve your overall health and well-being, I am here to help you achieve your wellness goals and live your best life.
Through one-on-one coaching sessions, I will work with you to identify the root causes of your emotional eating and develop strategies to manage your emotions in a healthy way. I will also help you develop healthy eating habits, set achievable goals, and build true self-confidence and self-esteem.

I truly believe that true health is so much more than just sticking to certain food rules or focusing on a specific number on the scale. To me, true health is all about feeling our best in every aspect of our lives – mentally, emotionally, socially, physically, and spiritually. It’s about finding balance and harmony within ourselves, and feeling good in our own skin. Of course, all these mixed always with a little magic.
